Spring Break Planning
Scenes/Script + Time Stamps + Progress Check
Introduction Scene: This is where we will introduce the name of our film, with each character, their names, and who is playing them. We will be using a method where we pause at each character to show their names. I will insert a video from Taylor Swift that shows the method we use. Taylor Swift - Bad Blood ft. Kendrick Lamar
(0:00-0.20)
First scene/Locker Scene: All three of us are walking into school and getting stuff from the lockers to showcase we are in high school. We have a lot of textbooks in our hands and look somewhat nerdy. We basically are ranting to each other about how much work we are getting and how everyone expects to get it done and give them the work. However, in our locker, we have wigs that take us away from this world. We all look at each other and kinda make eye contact while smiling/smirking. We then put on the wigs when no one is looking. (0.20-1.00)
Car scene: Flash forward (there will be a break in between with a black screen that fades into this scene)we are stepping out of a car (tesla) and are considered pop stars and we basically look famous. There will be no dialogue, just music in the background with flashes everywhere to make it seem like we are really famous. (1.00-1.10)
Auditorium scene: Flash forward again we will be walking into the auditorium to rehearse our ‘songs’ when no one is there. Our guest actors will be the ‘directors’ telling us where to go on stage and teaching us the choreography. We will be lip singing (aka singing). “When I grow up” by the 2000s girl pop band “The Pussycat Dolls”. We will have some people fake using the spotlights at the top. We will use many of the lighting and camera angles we learned in class here as this is where most of our film will take place. (1.10-2.00)
We have been working on the introduction and car scenes because they take place outside of school so we can film them.
There are some pictures we wanted to include in the intro because they are hilarious and they make it seem like we are nerds. It's also taken at school so we could edit it really quick somewhere.
